It seems that my username "isn't allowed" to log in here, but I was able to create it back when the this started and I can still use temporary logins sent to my email address (although I can't save a new password without getting the same error). I can't even upload a new avatar. Why is this happening?
I don't know, but the temporary login thing worked for me.
That is odd; I can't change your profile pic either. My guess is a bug; I'll let davidc know about it.
EDIT: He says that he blocked that username (along with some other game-related names, like "Weather Man" and "Miss Nancy") on purpose. It's odd that you were still able to register. In any case, I'd recommend changing your name or creating a different account or such, since "Sugar Plumps" is intentionally blocked.
How does one change a username? I didn't think Drupal allowed that.
*Changes AP's username back and forth just for the lolz* Yep, it works. Your profile page should have an "Edit" tab where you can specify your username up top. If it doesn't, it might be a mod-only thing, and I can change it for you.
No, I can only change things like my email address, profile pic, and password.
But I don't particularly want to change my account name, I like Albino Pokey. Thanks.
Again, we need a form a Captcha key or something of the likes. I know they can be removed easily, Daxar, but it would be MUCH easier in the long run if we used something like that.

The one problem with goofans was the lack of a CAPTCHA esque spam filter.
Captcha is horrible. It annoys the tar out of legitimate users, and blocks no spam whatsoever. In any case, please don't derail a topic when spam is posted.
