Pretty sure the fire is dynamic, i.e. there isn't a simple fire animation for it. Do you want it specifically from Little Inferno?

The fire is dynamically generated or this game won't win an award at IGF. Its fire is great and probably uncopyable.
EDIT: Oh by the way I just found it's possible to get the fire in the instructional movie.
