I have some suggestions for the game: 1. Will be able to do the ending again in the same profile that you have already finished. 2. Once completed the game AND done all combos you can get the one time give items.

1. When modding the game, I didn't see anything about playing the ending again. So I don't know the answer to that one.

I am 9. I don't have WinZip or any of that so I don't think I can do it. I know that the 4 combo doesn't do anything the second time what I'm saying is that I want to be able to do it again.
Liam, even though you're 9, I bet you could figure out how to modify your game if you read the instructions. But if not, maybe you could ask an adult to help you.
If you want to go back to Tomorrow Corporation, you have to play through the whole game again. There's no other way.

No, I don't think doing the four-item combo again has any effect on the game after you've done it once.
To install the addin, follow the link above to the other topic. You'll see instructions to download liTools 0.3.7 and read the README for instructions.

Inside the liTools folder, drag the popculturecombo.pak onto the modManage.exe program, then open the Little Inferno.exe from inside the same folder.

I think the only way to do the 4-item combo again is to play the game again. I don't think that we can mod that in, either. Sorry.

Saving the other special items does nothing in the original game. Modding the game can make them usable in combos.
