Little Inferno on Android

It would be pretty cool to have it on Android as it would look amazing on my Samsung Galaxy S4 Hope it does happen.

This would be pretty awesome. Not sure exactly how great it would look on my phone, but WoG looks decent and it would be nice to have a mobile fireplace. Just burn stuff when I'm feeling bored.

Seeing as it's on iOS I don't expect it'd be too difficult to make, but the Play Store does have it's differences to the App Store and that could have an effect. Still, hope this happens!

I think they should, I would donate if they will make for android. I don't have any iDevices so I would like to see it come to android, I have it on my desktop (but its not so good with a mouse). The best solution right now is to use splashtop or a VNC and steam from my desktop.

Also if they got it on Linux couldn't they get it to android aswell, because android is linux. They could just take the souce code from the Linux one, optimize it for android then for touchscreen, simple!

It's not quite as simple as that, unfortunately. Android uses OpenGL ES rather than OpenGL (Which is simplified and doesn't have a lot of the same functionalities), and quite a lot of system frameworks differ between Android and Linux. That being said, iOS uses OpenGL ES also, so their rendering engine itself should be fairly easy to port by this point. I'm honestly not sure what the holdup with the Android version is. Some games and engines are just faster to port to other platforms than others. For the Humble Indie Bundle 6, for example, the Vessel Linux version was quite delayed because of issues that the Linux port person had with porting the game. Here's hoping that they're working on the Android port and it's close to release.

Ah, I dident know android uses OpenGl ES insted of OpenGl. That said they could take the rendering engine from the ios version (obviously it wouldent work at first, but the core rendering code would be there, they could edit it a bit and take some from the linux version and patch it all togerther. Possibly even from the windoze version (there completley diverent OSs but maybe theres somthing simular)
