Well, i was playing around with the Laser Pointer, my favourite item in the game, but, you see. Cutting Things in half and then burning them is fun, but some items have too long waiting times, so i have a suggestion that may be good of crappy depending on your point of view.
After getting all combos/Purchasing all items 3 times or both of them, you could buy items to get them instantly with no waiting time! I know that stamps serve for making a faster delivery, but it would be cool to purchase a bunch of expensive cool stuff to burn in a little time.

Well, with waiting times removed that would render stamps useless. I mean OK, once you've gotten all the combos then you don't get them as often, but you can still get them from burning items or spiders. So if stamps are useless, collecting them is useless, and so you've basically removed one bit of the gameplay.
I'm not saying your idea would ruin the game, I get your point, but that's just what I see happening if you make delivery instantaneous.
Personally I think that no restock times after buying an item 3 times is good enough, and most items don't take more than a minute to arrive anyway. Besides, the anticipation of waiting for an item makes it all the more enjoyable to burn.
or maybe adding a sandbox type will be cool well with the sandbox type all item is free and have no waiting time and have unlimited mailbox but this feature is unlocked when getting all combos and Purchasing all items 3 times... that will be cool
That's basically just removing waiting time and price. Everything else you described is already like that once you've gotten all combos and bought everything 3 times.
I admit it would be pretty cool, since you could just go crazy with items. But personally I don't think it's likely to happen, unless someone manages to make a mod for it.
If you can handle Cheat Engine, I think it would be possible to freeze the values.
At least it isn't like those games *cough*farmville and other iphone-ish games*cough* that you have to wait for hours to get a stupid bush.
CHEATING ALERT!
I found an easy way to freeze the value. (if you have an hex-editor such as WinHex) Just open it with your hex-editor and do the following:
To freeze your money (or bucks), replace 894c8208 with 90909090.
To freeze your stamps, replace 895c9708 with 90909090.
Remember to backup your executable before cheating!
