Hi there. I love ur game. But sadly it terminates on my Laptop, whenever I want to buy the customizable picture. The error message shows an "an unhandled exception occured". I think it has something to do with the fact that my Laptop has his "My Pictures" folder not in the default windows spot. On my PC the beta version worked fine.

Maybe it fetches the library instead, try tweaking the Library. Maybe the game is trying to access a place it doesn't have the rights to. Try to run the game as admin. (on exe: right click, run as admin)
Hi, I am getting the same error. My Documents folder is not in the default location but on E: - help! I can't get past the first catalog because of this bug!
Can you get past the first catalog by buying a photo of the Tomorrow Corporation employees, or does it crash right when you click on "Buy Now"?
When I click 'Buy Now' it comes up with a pop up window that says "An unhandled exception occurred" and crashes to desktop. I'm assuming by what you said that if it allowed me to get further I could choose my own image?

The problem might be that isn't a My Pictures folder in the correct location.
In Windows 7 go to
C:\[username]\User, and create a folder called My Pictures. In Windows XP, go toC:\Documents and Settings\[username]\My Documentsand create a folder called My Pictures.See if that works. If not then it might be what momo said, with Little Inferno fetching the library, maybe there are some difficulties in between.

Hmm. Have you tried running it with admin permissions as momo suggested?

The only thing left to suggest would be to email Tomorrow Corporation about it. Even if it's fixable on your end, it'd be best to catch these sort of bugs early on.

That's great! You're purchase will have come with a Steam key, so if you have Steam you can redeem it on there and it'll update automatically.
This bug should be fixed now both on steam and for direct downloads (humble store version just got updated tonight - version 1.1 has the fix.) Let me know if you continue to have any trouble!
